Lifesize Teddy, a 23 year old rapper, singer/songwriter and poet from Nigeria, arrived this summer with her self-titled debut EP, along with the visuals for lead single Hypnotic.

Signing to Mavin Records, the Nigerian label behind record-breaking Afropop stars including Rema and Ayra Starr, Lifesize Teddy brings something new as the label’s first female rapper. Mavin founder and CEO Don Jazzy describes the emerging rapper as ‘an inspiration to aspiring artists everywhere’, and claims she has a ‘willingness to learn and continually push boundaries’.
